    Sinopsis Buku :

Globalization is an indisputable inevitability in the modern world of this century. The presence of technology, especially in the field of communication and information through the help of the Internet, has made the world more liberal, open and increasingly borderless. In that case, internationalization is indisputable as well. These various aspects of internationalization have resulted in shocks to the international legal system that must move and adapt to the circumstances, changes and needs of the times. International law is becoming more and more widespread, covering various sides and actors. States that were originally major actors in international law at the present time must also share a role with other subjects of international law such as international organizations and multinational corporations.

This book captures the essence of various international legal problems that exist today by manifesting an anthology of international law writings, especially when viewed from the point of view of the Indonesian state. This book contains various sections that are closely related to internationalization and digitization that are regulated or at least become problems in the field of international law. In the first chapter, readers will be invited to understand the development of the law of the contract of sale of goods and its relation to the position of the Indonesian state with its conventions and practices. in the second chapter, this book discusses the development and legal issues in Indonesia’s bilateral investment treaties. Meanwhile, the third chapter goes into more detail about how international treaty law seeks to regulate businesses and human rights so it can respect each other. Meanwhile, the last chapter explains more about the legal problems arising from foreign investment in today’s all-digital world.
