Human beings as individual creatures and in groups in society and nation and state basically want to live a peaceful, orderly and comfortable life. This book captures the essence of various national legal problems that exist today by manifesting an anthology of Indonesian legal writings. This book contains various passages that are closely related to the existence of loopholes and shortcomings of the law along with the movement of people over time, especially in the past five years. In the first chapter, the reader will be invited to understand how a criminal provision against a government official can be excluded due to an emergency. In the second chapter, this book discusses the development and application of teleconferences for the examination of witnesses to criminal cases. Meanwhile, the third chapter discusses in detail how the investment law needs to be reorganized according to developments and needs, one of which is due to the momentum of building the national capital (IKN) of Indonesia. Meanwhile, the last chapter explains more about the problem of cultural relativism that arises from differences in human patterns and perspectives on various time and space.
