Before beginning to write, the writer should decide what he/she is going to write about.  Many writers, students, and employees find that beginning to write can be intimidating. When faced with a blank page, however, experienced writers remind themselves that writing, like other everyday activities, is a process. Likewise, before writing, the writer has to think about, determine, and put what has been decided into writing. This process is called pre-writing. Although pre-writing techniques can be helpful by following the writing process.
